We would rather be corrected than be wrong quietly. Here is how that works.

Reporting an error
If something here is wrong, tell us via the contact page. Include the page, the specific claim, and where possible a source. Reports about measurements, dimensions, and anything that could lead someone to buy the wrong structure are treated as urgent.
How corrections are handled
A substantive factual correction is made to the page and noted on it, along with the date. We do not silently edit a claim that people may have acted upon.
Trivial fixes — typographical errors, broken links, formatting — are made without annotation.
If an error originated in the sizing engine rather than in prose, the engine version is incremented so that results produced before and after the fix are distinguishable.
